- I have just upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Pro 32 ENG-GB on a Toshiba Qosmio G 20 120 laptop with NVIDIA GeForce Go 6600 graphic card, but after the upgrade a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter driver has been installed (Driver version 10.1.1240.16384, ) and it can drive the monitor with only basic color management (I presume.
The new Game Ready Driver provides full support for the new DirectX 12 Ultimate graphics API. This includes support for DirectX Raytracing (DXR) version 1.1 as well as support for mesh shaders, sampler feedback, and variable-rate shading (VRS). GeForce 600 Series: GeForce GTX 690, GeForce GTX 680, GeForce GTX 670, GeForce GTX 660 Ti.
This is a preview GeForce driver to be used only with the Microsoft Windows 8 Release Preview. This driver should not be used with Windows Vista or Windows 7.
What's New:
- Windows 8: Updated the NVIDIA Control Panel>Set up stereoscopic 3D page to support Windows 8 implementation of stereoscopic 3D
- This driver offers full support for the new Windows 8 display driver model WDDM 1.2.
Open Issues in Version 302.80:
As with every released driver, version 302.80 of the Release 302 driver has open issues and enhancement requests associated with it. This section includes lists of issues that are either not fixed or not implemented in this version. Some problems listed may not have been thoroughly investigated and, in fact, may not be Nvidia issues. Others may have workaround solutions.
For notebook computers, issues can be system‐specific and may not be seen on your particular notebook.
